While millions of people use 1800 Contacts, very few actually have a human connection with the brand. But those who do have an overwhelmingly positive experience. To tell this story, we created “Reps Read Nice Tweets” – a video series inspired by the classic Jimmy Kimmel bit that brought the brand’s world-class customer service to life in a simple and relevant way.
HOW DID WE GET HERE?
Insight: 1800 Contacts customer service goes above and beyond for their customers, and many customers turned to Twitter to sing their praises.
Opportunity: We used 1800 Contacts Reps to read funny and kind tweets from customers to showcase the level of customer service the company demonstrates.
Results: Once live, the content saw more than three-times-higher-than-average engagement, and more than ten-times-lower-than-average cost per engagement. Most importantly, it helped humanize the brand and endear its employees to a wider audience for the first time.
